Valentine's Day 2010

Happy New Year, everyone, and Happy Valentine's Day! Winter has firmly planted itself here in Southern Illinois, but aside from the mess and the inconvenience, it's beautiful, and if we look on the bright side, we can even enjoy it!  A little snow hasn't hampered our Valentine preparations at Mary's Restaurant, and we hope you have your reservation in to enjoy this lover's week-end with that special someone in your life.  Since it falls on Sunday this year, there are three nights to choose from - that makes it easier to get the time you prefer. 

We had a shorter vacation this year, but we came back refreshed and ready to continue our commitment to excellence in fine dining that our customers expect.  Our congratulations and best wishes go out to Joe Helleny from Herrin, who proposed to Nina Bucciarelli at Mary's on a snowy January night (the 29th to be exact!).  She accepted, and they are busy planning a summer wedding!

Mary's is the place to spend those cold, winter nights - request a fireplace room, and settle in with friends and family to celebrate your special times.
