Group Policy

*Group reservations of 14 or more persons must be secured when reservation is booked.
*Groups of less than 14 are not required to secure their reservation unless booking a private room.
*A $10 per person (non-refundable after 7 days) deposit is required, up to a maximum of $250. (cash, check, or credit card-Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express). We can take a credit card number in lieu of deposit, but please realize that if your function is cancelled after 7 days on our books, the appropriate deposit amount will be applied to your card.
*Deposit secures room for one date, and is applied toward the bill on that date.
*If date must be changed or cancelled, deposit is forfeited or charged to your credit card, and a new deposit is required for a new date.
*A room charge will be added if we are providing a private room ($125 for the atrium, $75 for the main room or library, $50 for any other room). We will waive the room charge for payment by check, cash, or travelers checks.
