


Group Policy Group reservations of 14 or more persons must be secured when reservation is booked. Groups of less than 14 are not required to secure their reservation unless booking a private room. A $10 per person (non-refundable after 7 days) deposit is required, up to a maximum of $250. (cash, check, or credit card-Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express). We can take a credit card number in lieu of deposit, but please realize that if your function is cancelled after 7 days on our books, the appropriate deposit amount will be applied to your card. Deposit secures room for one date, and is applied toward the bill on that date. If date must be changed or cancelled, deposit is forfeited or charged to your credit card, and a new deposit is required for a new date. A room charge will be added if we are providing a private room ($125 for the atrium, $75 for the main room or library, $50 for any other room). We will waive the room charge for payment by check, cash, or travelers checks.
