Two members of Mary's staff have been here for 25 years.  Mike McCall, head waiter, started waiting tables for the original owner,  Mary Licos.  Robert Cohn began cooking for Mary in the early years, and has been head chef for David and Carla since they purchased the restaurant.  Even though David worked for Mary too, these two veterans can truthfully claim that they have been here longer than he has!

David and Carla hired Jeffrey Martin in 1996, and his skills as a waiter are evident in the many "Request Jeff" notes that are written in the reservation book.  Ryan Jeralds began his career with Mary's  in 1995.  Starting  in the kitchen, learning under Robert, prepared him to come out front in 2001. He was then equipped with first hand knowledge , making it easier to commit the extensive menu to memory.  Marti Sutton rounds out our wait staff, working Wednesday lunches, and on busy nights.

Mark Sutton joined the staff in 2007.  He brings many skills to the job - creating new recipes, taking care of inventory and ordering, and tending bar.

In addition to chef Robert Cohn, you will see Justin Hagler in the kitchen as the lunch chef.  Justin came to work at Mary's in 2003.  He is talented and creative, and has been an asset in our kitchen.  Nita Gonzales and Brandon Kern help Robert and Justin prepare those famous Mary's entrees.  Nita's duties also include making desserts and appetizers; Brandon sends out the appetizers and does much of the prep work as well.

Darlene Boyd, David's mother, is manager and hostess, and she welcomes each guest as they arrive.  That friendly voice taking reservations belongs to Arlie King, David's grandfather, who comes in each afternoon to answer the telephone.

Our staff contributes to our success, and it's their unique talents and dedication to excellence that help make each visit to Mary's a memorable experience.
